Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the order you wish to return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original box, ensuring all tags are attached and the RMA form is included inside the package.
Ship the Item
Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in your portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
